Free 30 Minute Conversation
This is free to you and can easily be done over the phone. Or if you prefer, call to schedule this free conversation in-office. This free conversation is a time for you to relay what you would like support with & to ask any questions you have. This is also the time to address scheduling and pricing.
Initial Visit - 90 Minutes
Your first visit is a time for you to share, in-depth, what you would like help with. There will also be time for a musculoskeletal assessment if needed, a review of past medical history, list of any medications or supplements, and any other information you want to share.
This is a time for your practitioner to understand a full picture of who you are and what is causing the conditions you are living with.
The initial visit allows your practitioner to create a comprehensive treatment plan initially applied and then revised treatments in the follow up sessions over time. The initial visit also includes your first acupuncture treatment.
Follow-Up Treatments - 60 minutes
Each follow-up treatment is an hour in length. Most conditions will require at least six follow-up treatments (in some cases can be less). We will determine an approximate amount of treatments together and decide what your personalized treatment path looks like. The number of treatments needed is different for everyone. This depends on the length of time the condition has been presenting, as well as the severity of any given condition.

"Break-Time" Treatments
"Break-Time" - We now offer treatments in 15 and 30-minute increments. Giving optimal flexibility for individual schedules! Auricular (ear) treatments are perfect for the 15-minute treatments. And the 30-minute treatments work best for those who don't have a full hour free every time!
